1- Students tend to read more online rather than buy the actual books.
2- The audiences mentality have changed. They believe that they do not have to read books to be intelligent.
3- Adults prefer to stick to their old ways and carry on reading from primary resources (books), whereas teenagers are more likely to use secondary sources to read (internet).
